Refund and Returns Policy
At UK Fitness Club, we aim to be transparent and fair with all our members. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase or signing up for a membership.



Membership Payments
  • All membership fees are non-refundable.
    Once a membership has been purchased and activated, no refunds will be issued, including for partial months or unused time.
  • In-branch Purchases:
    Purchases made in person at one of our branches are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period and are considered final unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Cancellations

Members can cancel contract-free plans anytime by notifying us in writing or in person, following any notice period outlined in your membership agreement.
If you’re on a fixed-term contract, early cancellation may incur a fee unless due to medical reasons (supporting documentation may be required).


Products & Merchandise (if applicable)

If your club sells gym gear, drinks, or supplements:
Items purchased at our branches can be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt.
We do not accept returns on opened supplements, drinks, or hygiene products (e.g., towels, water bottles) for safety reasons.
